Columbine Gardens

The food is very good with hearty potions. We usually have carry out, but I recently had lunch there after a long hike. The soup, egg rolls, and main dish were all done very well. The dining room is nothing to write home about, but it was very clean. Restroom was also clean and orderly. Some of our favorites are sweet and sour anything, general Taos, sesame chicken, or any of the noodle or vegetable dishes. My eat-in experience was the sweet and sour combination with shrimp, chicken and pork. It included nice sized shrimp which were fantastic. Great place overall. If you want to dine in, just know that it’s pretty humble inside.

My mom put in an order on Christmas eve for us and my partner. That night they got hit harder than I have ever seen any restaurant get hit with the influx of orders and customers. Ive come to this business all my life, to celebrate graduating elementary school, on dates, on family celebrations, and they've always been consistent, delicious, and quick. Christmas eve they managed what I believe was hundreds of orders within an hour, were patient with a man screaming at them, and made sure to get us our order hot and delicious. They really made our christmas eve wonderful, and I do recommend them.

Our group agreed this is the best Chinese food we've had in years. Food was delicious and arrived quickly. We had General Tso's Chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimp... outstanding! Huge portions. We took home enough for another meal. We'll definitely be back and happy it's right here in Monument.
